Roadside lupins
Lumden
We're off on our NZ holiday! There's almost no traffic on the road and most shops/towns are closed
We've discovered a cafe in Lumsden to stop for a coffee (it's not the best coffee I've ever had!!)

Horsham
We're on our way home after a great weekend camping. Stopped at the White Hart Hotel in Horsham for lunch!
$11 Parma - isn't as bad as it looks, either that or I'm really hungry! I've definitely had worse!

South Australia
We went to the Big Day Out in Adelaide and the spent the rest of the weekend having a little explore around South Australia.
It wasn't the best Big Day Out this year plus tickets were expensive and the Adelaide event was scaled down. We still had a great day!
On Saturday we went out to the little town of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills for a wonder down the main street.
The weather on Sunday was terrible. We headed to the McLaren Vale for lunch, but none of the vineyards had any tables available so we ate at The Barn in the town. It was ok.
Then we went for a drive down to Victor Harbor, but it was so cold and miserable that we just stopped for a coffee and headed back to Adelaide.

Sunset at Glenelg Beach

Wine tasting at Shaw and Smith. They make 4 wines, so for their wine tasting you pay $14 to taste each wine plus you get a cheese plate. It was a beautiful day and the setting was spectacular.

Sculpture at Brighton ($1500)
